临时入境人员需要申请我国小型汽车、摩托车临时驾驶许可的，持入出境身份证件、境外机动车驾驶证即可申请。境外机动车驾驶证属于非中文表述的，还应当出具中文翻译文本。临时驾驶许可除本人直接到窗口办理外，也可以委托有资质的旅行社代办。
