我是K1未婚妻签证入境。8月底申请绿卡+工卡+回美证。现在绿卡状态是10月30号更新的"Ready to be scheduled for an interview"。
申请工卡，要符合两个条件：
1. 要有job offer：LZ没有这个，但是听说正式的job offer上要写清楚是全职还是兼职、工作时长、薪水等等情况；LZ用的是contract，因为自己是freelancer，所以公司没办法提供正式的offer，一开始担心contract没有offer有说服力，但是居然也可以用来加急。
2.要符合加急的条件criteria：移民局官网上的条件如下(一般都是第一个理由：公司或个人遭受严重经济损失)
仔细想好自己的理由后，就可以申请加急了。切记，想好理由这一步很重要。毕竟申请绿卡时，我们的配偶或者co-sponsor是默认有经济实力的，可以确保你的经济支出直到你找到工作的。所以要想好理由。LZ听说比如突然的经济支出、伤病，或者工作的特殊性，比如你是某种专业的人才：老师、护士、bilingual工作等等，这些理由比较容易加急通过。

2. 其实其他材料都在上面cover letter列清了。就是你的job offer或者contract。我自己是把contract里的开始时间、工作性质和薪水都highlight起来，并在信中告知在哪一页
3.其他证据证明你加急的理由。我自己用的是往来邮件打码。有人告诉我他让公司负责人写了一封简短的信，说明公司招人困难并且期待和他合作。
在网上搜了一圈，免费的传真app或者网站，一般都是只能免费传个5、6页，LZ有16页要传。于是只能选择付费的app。叫做FAX（如图1）。付了8刀一星期的会员价。这个app好处在于它自动帮你发送传真，几遍不成功，还是会一直自动发送直至成功。成功后便是图2界面。不过要记得成功后，不需要服务的话要取消订阅，才不会下次继续被扣费。
LZ是11月26号把传真发送出去的，12月2号状态就更新为approved。
下一步就是等card is being produced这一状态。
