《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉）纸质世界诗刊由中国诗人、翻译家苏菲（Sophy Chen）陈丽华2018年在苏菲国际翻译出版社旗下于中国香港发起创立，是一家全球发行， 以英汉互译为主导，推动中西方多语种诗歌的互译、互动、研究、传播与交流为一体的世界性诗歌刊物。申请语言为英语，刊名：Sophy Poetry & Translation。别称：苏菲诗歌&翻译。国际期刊号ISSN：2616-2660。《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉）纸质世界诗刊以英汉互译为主导，带动其它语种诗歌的国际互动与交流。《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉）纸质世界诗刊为季刊或不定期出版，编选出版各国重要诗人的代表性诗作。本刊面向全球200多个国家和地区线上/线下订阅，联结全球各重要国家的诗歌协会、作家协会、诗人民间团体和国际性文学组织。

九、苏菲国际代言翻译
《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉）纸质世界诗刊是翻译家苏菲Sophy Chen国际代言翻译！苏菲诗歌翻译，是诗人、翻译家苏菲为诗人国际代言翻译。《苏菲诗歌&翻译》(英汉)纸质世界诗刊、中国世界诗歌节&苏菲世界诗歌奖专栏（杂志刊载）、中国世界诗歌节&苏菲世界诗歌奖诗选/诗全集、各类诗选、苏菲代理的各个国家诗歌节项目诗歌翻译，均属于翻译家苏菲代言诗人翻译和国际评奖。所有诗歌都是苏菲独家代言翻译。不接受外来翻译稿件。
十、翻译协议签署和缴费:
翻译协议签署：翻译作品需作家本人亲自签订合同授权翻译出版1.邮件确认：投稿后请回复电子邮件，确认接受苏菲翻译收费（不回复邮件确认收费翻译的，一律视为投稿无效！）。确认收费翻译后我们将为你审核稿件质量，审核通过后将统计诗歌首数及行数，计算翻译费。2. 协议签署：我们会通过电子邮件的形式，发来电子版的《翻译协议》以及翻译收费报价。你可以选择签署电子协议，也可以书面签署（我们将邮寄加盖印章的《翻译协议》给你，你需签字后寄回）。
3.协议核心：A.翻译协议一旦达成，就视为甲方授权乙方苏菲翻译，并在苏菲主编的纸质杂志或者纸质诗歌选本刊载，未经乙方译者许可不得再将作品转给其他译者翻译。B.未经乙方译者许可，甲方不能将乙方译者翻译的汉语版本或英语版本的诗歌转译成其它语种，如需转译其它语种必须经本刊授权，注出转译自何种语种，原创作者和译者是谁。转载和刊载必须注出原创作者、译者和出处。
C. 如甲方打破乙方协议条款，私自将乙方译者翻译的汉语版本或英语版本的诗歌交由没有任何文学翻译资质和经验的译者转译成其它语种，没有标出转译出自何种语言、原作者或原译者是谁，本刊将维权，追责、网络公开批评。如甲方私自将乙方译者翻译的汉语版本或英语版本的诗歌译者笔名去掉交由第三方网络媒体、报纸杂志、诗歌选集刊载和评奖等，本刊将维权，追责、网络公开批评。如甲方私自将乙方译者翻译的汉语版本或英语版本的诗歌译者笔名去掉改为自己翻译或原创作品或将作品交由第三方网络媒体、报纸杂志、诗歌选集刊载和评奖等，本社将坚决维权，追责到底。
十一、其他译者转译本刊作品：
其他译者如需将本刊已经翻译刊载的作品翻译成其他语种，必须取得授权提供文学翻译资质简介，没有翻译出版汉译英或英译汉或其它语种诗歌集5部以上的译者，一律不准私自翻译刊载本刊已经翻译刊载的作品（无论网络还是纸质杂志，否则视为侵犯版权）
所有诗歌经《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉）纸质世界诗刊编委会各位编辑审核通过后方能翻译刊载，请朋友耐心等待！一旦达成翻译协议，就视为授权苏菲翻译，并在苏菲主编的电子杂志、纸质杂志或者纸质诗歌选本刊载，未经译者许可不得再将作品转给其他译者翻译。未经译者许可，也不能私自将译者翻译的汉语版本和英语版本的诗歌转译成其它语种，如需转译其它语种必须注出原创作者和转译自何种语种，译者是谁。转载和刊载必须注出译者和出处。本刊暂不接受非约稿译者翻译的诗歌文本。
为了让更多的读者读到全世界优秀的诗歌，苏菲本人倡议诗人和读者积极转发和评论。不积极转发和关注苏菲的诗人谢绝翻译刊载。请诗人和读者在服务号诗歌最下方评论栏积极书写评和见解，让更多读者看到你的评论。
十四、国内外评奖与非中国诗歌媒体推荐：
（一）本诗刊所刊载作品，将随《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉）纸质世界诗刊寄赠联合国图书馆、联合国教科文组织、世界重要国家国会图书馆、世界重要文学报刊、世界著名大学图书馆、世界知名文学研究专家、世界知名诗歌节、文化节、文学协会、文学奖评奖委员会及诺贝尔文学奖评审委员会等，并利用翻译家苏菲在海内外的知名度，积极参加国内外各类重大诗歌奖、诗集奖、翻译奖等。（二）苏菲主导、代理或推荐的非中国诗歌奖和非中国诗歌媒体刊登事宜的条件：凡由苏菲翻译、苏菲国际翻译出版社出版汉英对照个人诗集单行本（总行数不少于1200行以上）的诗人，才有资格获得苏菲主导、代理或推荐的非中国诗歌奖，及在非中国诗歌媒体上刊登诗歌 (具体事宜以新闻通告或合作协议为准)。

“Sophy Poetry & Translation (C-E) World Poetry Paper Magazine” is The International Endorsement Translation of Translator Sophy Chen!Sophy Chen Poetry Translation Is The International Endorsement Translation Of Poet And Translator Sophy Chen, such as “Sophy Poetry & Translation (C-E) World Poetry Paper Magazine”, China World Poetry Festival & Sophy Chen World Poetry Awards Column (published in magazines), Complete Poems/Poetry Selection Of China World Poetry Festival & Sophy Chen World Poetry Awards, various selections of poems, and the poem translation of various national poetry festival projects represented by Sophy Chen. All poems are translated exclusively by Sophy Chen. Poems translated by other translators are not accepted.
Signing Of The Translation Agreement: The author himself must sign a contract to authorize the translation and publication of the translation works.1. Email Confirmation: After submission, please reply to the email to confirm acceptance of translation fees (if you do not reply to the email to confirm the translation fee, the submission will be deemed invalid!). After you have confirmed that you will pay your translation fee, we will review the quality of the poems for you. After the review is passed, the number of poems and lines will be counted, and the translation fee will be calculated.2. Agreement Signing: We will send the electronic version of the “Translation Agreement” and the translation fee quotation by email. If it needs to be translated into other languages, it must be authorized by this journal to indicate which language the translation is from. Who is the original author and translator. The original author, translator and source must be noted for reprinting and publication.C. If Party A breaks the terms of Party B’s agreement and privately transfers the Chinese version or English version of the poems translated by Party B’s translator to a translator who does not have any literary translation qualifications and experience to translate into other languages, without marking the language of the translation from, Who is the original author or original translator, the magazine will defend rights, pursue accountability, and openly criticize online. If Party A removes the pseudonym of the Chinese version or English version of the poetry translator translated by Party B’s translator privately, and submits it to third-party online media, newspapers, magazines, and poetry anthologies for publication and awards, the magazine will defend rights, pursue accountability, and openly criticize online. If Party A privately removes the pen name of the Chinese version or English version of the poetry translator translated by Party B’s translator and replaces it with his own translation or original creation, or submits the works to a third-party network media, newspapers, magazines, poetry anthologies, and awards etc., the magazine will resolutely safeguard its rights and hold the blame to the end.
If other translators need to translate poetry works that have been translated and published in this magazine into other languages, they must obtain authorization to provide a literary translation qualification profile. If they have not translated and published Chinese-English or English-Chinese or other translations more than 5 poetry collections in a language, they are not allowed to privately translate and publish works that have been translated and published by this magazine (no matter online or paper magazines, otherwise it will be regarded as copyright infringement)
After the editors of Editorial Committee of Sophy Poetry & Translation (C-E) World Poetry Paper Magazine passed the review of all the poems, the poems can only be translated and published. Please wait! Once a translation agreement is reached, it will be deemed to have authorized Sophy Chen to translate and publish it in an electronic magazine, paper magazine or paper poetry anthology edited by Sophy Chen. The work cannot be transferred to other translators for translation without the translator’s permission. Without the permission of the translator, the Chinese version and English version of the poems translated by Sophy Chen cannot be privately translated into other languages. If you need to translate them into other languages, you must indicate the original author, the language from which the translation is made, and who the translator is. Reprint and publication must indicate the translator and source. This journal does not accept poetry texts translated by non-contracted translators
To allow more readers to read the best poems from all over the world, Sophy Chen herself encourages poets and readers to share the links and write comments below the poems. Poets who do not share or follow Sophy Chen will not be translated and published. Poets and readers are asked to write comments in the comment column at the bottom of the service account or poems, so that more readers can read your comments.
